Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use StudiSpace.
• If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or legal guardian consent.
• You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

StudiSpace is an AI-powered study assistance platform that helps users organize study materials, generate summaries, explanations, and practice content, and improve learning efficiency.

You agree NOT to use StudiSpace to cheat on exams, quizzes, or graded assessments; violate school, university, or institutional academic policies; submit AI-generated content as your own where prohibited; or engage in plagiarism or misrepresentation.

You acknowledge that you alone are responsible for how you use the Service and for any academic consequences that result.

• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• You may not share accounts or resell access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violations — without refund.

Subscription terms. StudiSpace operates on a subscription or usage-based model. Prices, features, and plans may change at any time. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Chargebacks & disputes. You agree NOT to file a chargeback without first contacting us. If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend or permanently ban your account, submit evidence (IP logs, usage logs, account access records, acceptance of these Terms), and fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in collection efforts or legal action.

Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to digital services, which you expressly acknowledge waives any right to refunds under applicable consumer protection laws where allowed.

All content, software, AI systems, branding, and design are owned by Mastery Labs LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service; scrape or extract AI outputs at scale; or train competing models using our content or outputs.

• You retain ownership of materials you upload.
• By uploading content, you grant Mastery Labs LLC a royalty-free license to process, store, and analyze it solely to operate and improve the Service.
• We do not guarantee storage permanence. You are responsible for backups.

AI-generated content is probabilistic, may contain errors, and should not be relied upon as factual or authoritative. We make no warranties regarding correctness, reliability, or suitability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mastery Labs LLC from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your misuse of the Service, violations of academic policies, or breach of these Terms.

• We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation or risk to the platform.
• Termination does not entitle you to refunds.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greenville, South Carolina USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive the right to class actions or jury trials.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
